Buying & Pricing

How do I receive a quote for an electric tuk tuk?

+
Contact our team through the website, call us, or email info@etukam.com. We will review your intended use, location, model, configuration, and timeline before preparing pricing.

How much does an eTuk cost?

+
Pricing depends on the model, configuration, custom buildout, accessories, delivery, and financing structure. Limo, Cargo, and Vendo builds may vary based on final use case.

Do you offer financing?

+
We can connect qualified buyers with financing partners. Approval, terms, and credit limits are handled by the financing provider.

Do you require a deposit?

+
Deposits may be required for special orders, custom builds, or production scheduling. Final terms are confirmed during the quote and order process.

Vehicle Specs

How fast do eTuk vehicles go?

+
Most current eTuk vehicles are low-speed electric vehicles with a typical maximum speed around 25 mph, depending on model, configuration, and programming.

What is the driving range?

+
Range depends on payload, driving style, traffic, hills, weather, and configuration. Current TP/CP platforms have tested ranges up to about 130 km, with real-world range varying by use case.

Can the vehicles charge from a standard outlet?

+
Yes. Current vehicles use a UL-certified charger suitable for a 110V outlet drawing approximately 15A.

How many passengers does the L5 Limo carry?

+
In the U.S. configuration, the L5 Limo is designed for one driver plus up to six passengers, depending on seating layout and final configuration.

Cargo, Vending & Custom Builds

What can I build with the L5 Cargo / Vendo GT?

+
The L5 Cargo can support mobile bars, coffee carts, ice cream concepts, branded activations, delivery, utility service, hospitality operations, and custom business-in-a-box ideas.

What is the cargo box size?

+
The cargo box is approximately 53 inches wide, 71 inches long, and 55 inches high, with about 112 cubic feet of volume. Maximum allowed payload in the box is approximately 1,750 lbs.

Can the cargo box be customized?

Do the vehicles have reverse?

+
Yes. Current vehicles include Drive, Neutral, and Reverse.

Are the vehicles meant for off-road use?

+
No. eTuk vehicles are designed for normal roads, campuses, resorts, private properties, communities, urban routes, and similar operating environments.

Warranty, Parts & Service

What is the warranty?

+
Warranty coverage depends on the vehicle, components, and purchase terms. New vehicle warranty terms are confirmed during the sales process and should be reviewed before purchase.

What is the expected battery life?

+
Lithium battery warranty is typically 3 years, with expected lifespan often longer depending on use, charging habits, and cycle count. Battery end-of-life is generally considered when usable capacity drops below 80%.

+
Yes. eTuk USA can review eligible tuk tuks, golf carts, electric utility vehicles, and similar mobility assets for trade-in, resale, or future deployment opportunities.
